It was a beautiful family trip where we visited many places, and every stop made the journey worthwhile.

After a long seven-hour journey with a few short stops along the way, we finally arrived at our first destination, which was at the “Maa Chintpurni Devi Ji” Temple. We took a deep breath, soaked in the peaceful surroundings, and then continued towards the Maa temple. After walking for a while and patiently waiting in the long queue, we finally found ourselves standing before Maa’s divine idol. Our whole family took blessings from Maa with full devotion. After that, we enjoyed the delicious food my mother had lovingly prepared for us at home. A mother’s love really has no limits.

After receiving Maa Chintpurni Devi Ji’s blessings, we continued our spiritual journey towards Maa Baglamukhi Devi Temple.

What can I say about “Maa Baglamukhi Temple” there’s a special kind of energy and spiritual power that this place holds. We reached there in the evening, and the beauty of the temple seemed to multiply a hundred times under the soft evening light. I still remember how peacefully we all sat there, soaking in the divine atmosphere. We attended a calm yet powerful aarti that filled us with positivity and inner peace. I personally felt deeply connected during this visit, and I truly hope that if Maa calls me again, I’ll return for sure.

After taking blessings from Maa Baglamukhi, we reached “Maa Kangra Devi” late at night. We stayed at a hotel nearby and woke up early the next morning for darshan. The queue was long, and we waited for more than two hours before finally reaching the main temple where Maa Kangra resides. As we took her blessings, natural tears filled our eyes, and it was a moment of deep emotion and peace. After coming out, we stood silently for a while, feeling something truly divine within us.

After having a peaceful darshan at Maa Kangra Devi, we headed towards “Maa Chamunda Devi”. The temple looked truly mesmerizing, surrounded by beautiful mountains. At the back of the temple, a serene river added even more charm to its divine beauty. We took blessings from Maa Chamunda Devi Ji and then sat quietly by the riverside, soaking in the peace and calmness of the place.

After taking blessings from Maa Chamunda Devi Ji, we finally headed towards Palampur. On our way, we stopped at Gopalpur Zoo, where I saw a lion for the first time in my life, and it truly left me in awe. For many, it might be a normal sight, but for me, it was something really special. We spent time exploring the entire zoo, watching different animals, and admiring the natural beauty all around us.

After an exciting experience at Gopalpur Zoo, we finally reached Palampur, surrounded by lush green valleys and peaceful mountain views.

A Day Wrapped in the Calm of Palampur

The Beauty of Mountains and Tea Gardens

A dreamy little town in Himachal Pradesh, where tea gardens meet the mountains, is absolutely mesmerizing

Beautifully surrounded by the “Dhauladhar mountain ranges”, this small town instantly catches everyone’s eye. I was completely mesmerized seeing how gracefully the mountains embrace the lush tea gardens, creating a breathtaking view for everyone to admire.

This little town, with its unmatched beauty and charm, truly stole our hearts.

After spending a wonderful day, we headed to “Baijnath Shiv Mandir”. We took blessings from Lord Shiva and admired the temple, beautifully surrounded by majestic mountains. The beauty was truly at its peak. I was spellbound when I saw the temple standing so gracefully amidst nature.

After taking blessings from Lord Shiva at Baijnath Mandir, we travelled back to Kangra and visited the “Kangra Fort”. The long stairs and the uphill walk made us quite tired, but the moment we reached the top, all the exhaustion disappeared. The breathtaking view from above made it all worthwhile. Though the fort has been damaged over time due to several wars, it still stands proudly offering mesmerizing views and a glimpse into its glorious past.

After an amazing experience at Kangra Fort, we headed towards “Maa Jwala Devi Ji” for darshan.

In this whole trip, what truly surprised me the most was the history of the “Maa Jwala Devi Temple” and how Maa Jwala Devi Ji is naturally present there. No science, no logic, just pure divine power. The eternal flames burning on their own left me amazed and filled with devotion. It was an experience beyond explanation, something that truly touched my heart.

After having darshan at Maa Jwala Devi Ji, we started our journey back home. On the way, we visited the sacred “Anandpur Sahib Ji”, took blessings, had prasad, and then continued our way back with hearts full of peace and gratitude.
